Terms

FundedProf helps you find professors whose funded, published work matches yours, write to them, and keep track of who replied. It is not an admissions agency. It cannot promise a reply, an admission, funding or a visa, and it never tells you your odds, because it has no admissions data to base them on.

• One person per account. Keep your password to yourself.
• Give accurate information about yourself. Drafts are built from it, and a professor may ask you about anything a letter says.

• Prices are in Taka on the pricing page. A plan starts when your bKash payment has been checked and approved, and lasts the period it states.
• Every draft generated counts toward your plan, including a regenerated draft of the same letter, because each one is a real cost to us.
• Drafts not used when a pack ends stay on your account, and come back when you buy a refill.
• A group pack is paid by one person and gives each person named their own drafts and days. Drafts cannot be moved between accounts.
• Refunds follow the refund policy.

Drafts are written by an AI model and can be wrong. Read and edit every draft before you send it. Do not send a letter that claims something you have not done, or that you have read work you have not read. You are responsible for what goes out under your name.

• Write to professors and researchers one person at a time, for genuine academic reasons. Do not use FundedProf to send unsolicited bulk email.
• Use researchers’ contact details only to ask about study or an introduction, and respect a request to stop.
• Do not copy, scrape, resell or bulk-download the professor and researcher information in FundedProf, or access it by automated means.
• Do not use FundedProf for anything unlawful.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and refund any unused plan if we do.

What you upload and write stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service to you and, unless you switch it off in My profile, to use the drafts written for you, your edits to them and the questions you ask to improve and train FundedProf’s own AI — from the date we tell you in the product, and never your uploaded documents — as described on the privacy page.

Professor and researcher information comes from public sources and can be out of date or wrong. FundedProf shows where each piece comes from so you can check it, and labels how confident it is where that matters.

FundedProf is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the problem arose.
