Refunds
If a plan was not what you needed, you can have your money back while it is still unused.
When you can get a refund
- Within 7 days of your plan being activated, if fewer than 5 email drafts have been generated on it.
- A draft refill, within 7 days, if none of its drafts have been used.
- Always, if you paid twice for the same thing, or if we did not activate a correct payment within 48 hours.
When you cannot
- After 7 days, or once 5 or more drafts have been generated on the plan.
- For the unused part of a plan that has been partly used.
How
To ask for a refund, email muhibmugdha@gmail.com or WhatsApp +8801839576276 with your bKash transaction ID. We send the refund to the bKash number the payment came from, within 7 days of agreeing it.
